Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase on unopened games only. To be eligible, the game must be unused and still sealed in its original shrink-wrap. Opened games (shrink-wrap broken) are not eligible for return.

Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
